2025 Season Update

We hope everyone is having a great summer, whether you’ve just finished a great season of drum corps, about to start a new school year, or sitting by the side of the pool. We wanted to provide our community an update on the 2025 show schedule and our annual Board of Directors elections.

NCPA is excited to announce the 2025 schedule of events!

  • Show #1 February 8th - Fremont HS, Sunnyvale

  • Show #2 February 22nd - West Park HS, Roseville

  • Show #3 March 1st - American Canyon HS, American Canyon

  • Show #4 March 22nd - James Logan HS, Union City

  • Championships TBD

If you haven’t heard, WGI Percussion Regionals is back in Northern California! James Logan HS will be hosting the WGI Percussion Regional on March 15th-16th. Please go to wgi.org for more information.

Planning for 2025 NCPA Championships has been ongoing since the end of last season, however due to several scheduling complications that are still being worked on, we are unable to release the final date and location. We expect to make this announcement in the very near future.

On July 20th, the Board of Directors officially met in person and held our board elections. We’re excited to announce a new face on the board as well as several people in new roles.

President - Casey Brohard

Vice-President - Eric Wong

Treasurer - Lane Armey

Secretary - Daniel Piazza

Sponsorships Coordinator - Anthony Derris

Education Coordinator - Joey Staab

New to the board is Joey Staab, who will be the Director of Education. Joey’s main function will be setting up educational events for our performers, instructional staff members, and directors throughout the year. We’re so happy that Joey is volunteering to be in this role and we know this will be a great benefit for our community.

As our community continues to grow at an astronomical rate, NCPA is always looking for people to join the Board of Directors or help out in other ways.

We’ll continue to provide exciting updates for our 2025 season. We hope to see you soon, and best of skill in the upcoming fall season!
